I recently got married and I thought it would be simple to get my rental from them. Two days before the wedding I go get everything on and NOTHING was measured correctly. My shirt sleeves were too short, coat sleeves were too long and my tie barely fit. The employees seemed rather " confused" on how to fix a problem with a customer like it never happened before. They insisted that the woman that measures me didn't know what she was doing and it's too late to fix now. Unacceptable and I should get my money back.

The customer service in the St. Clairsville location in by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Most of the employees seemed distant and did not approach me after I told them I was just looking. As I was checking out, the manager was needed because I was using large amounts of cash. She was very rude to me. She acted as though I was bothering her by making her get up from the seat she was in the entire time. The only time she spoke directly to me was whe. I was leaving the store when she snuggly told me to have a nice day. The only person who was helpful to me was a girl who called herself Candy. I approached her as she was straightening ties to ask for her help with sizes. She assisted me through my purchase. I give them one star because out of the 5 people who worked there, including the specialty tailor, there was only one that deserved a star.

I'm currently standing at this location absolutely livid. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Walked in with a suit my boyfriend bought yesterday in order to return it for not fitting. The manager automatically starts saying that I'm using people and is attacking me for screwing the system. I ask her for her return policy in writing and she cannot provide anything but continually berates me for trying to cheat the system and for being a bad person. Then I ask her if I can talk to someone that has the return policy and she cannot provide but continues to verbally attack me. As a business owner, I feel completely insulted and would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

I would give them no stars if possible. Rented a suit for my daughters boyfriend for prom. Pants were to short, shirt was two sizes to big, shoes were to big. It was horrible. Men's wearhouse is a rip off.
