My husband had to use the credit we got from the tux rentals we did for our wedding. Originally bought 2 suits and a sports coat and other stuff. However, went to pick them up and try them on. First, both sets of pants were hemmed too short and then the hem on sleeves of the coats were awful! If there is a pattern on the coat, the hem should follow it. Ended up looking like the sleeves were uneven and had a bell shape. The employees tried to tell me that it was supposed to be that way. Let’s not even go to how one of the other employees was berading another employee for a lost sale in the middle of all this. Very unprofessional. Next time we drop a boat load of cash on suits, we are taking our business elsewhere.

I called and spoke to Hannah. She told me what to expect and was right on. Thank you Hannah. I arrived on Prom night and they were up to their neck busy. Kimberly sized me up and  went to town. She Selected a few things , asked a few questions and made me feel like a million bucks. I looked and felt Great. They have the eye and the confidence to do it right. I let Kimberly know where my budget was and she made it work. Kimberly is an asset to MW. No pressures at all.  Tell them where you need to be and you will be there in style. Total class 100%

I bought a new suit from Men's warehouse a week or so ago.  When I first walked in, Christine quickly greeted me.  I told her I was in need of a suit for my friends wedding.  She took my measurements and went to work.  We worked together to find the right color, and the right fit.  It was clear right away that she knew what she was doing and is an expert.  It was very important to her that I look good!  When you are making a purchase like this, it is very comforting to have that kind of support.  I knew she had my best interests because even if I was content with the fit & size, we didn't finish until she was happy.

The suit was tailored and I returned to pick it up a week later.  When I came back I tried the suit on.  Great fit.  I was very pleased how the jacket and pants turned out.  Jill oversaw me trying the suit on and gave me her approval with it, telling me the fit was great, and I agreed.  Jill and I then discussed what I would be wearing for a shirt and tie.  I had nothing in mind, so she showed me some shirts she liked.  We both agreed on a shirt, and from there she set out to find a tie that would work well with the whole outfit.  I am very indecisive when it comes to these types of things so I was nervous we wouldn't find a winner.  With Jill's expertise we found a killer combination that I am excited to try out at the wedding.  Jill ended up staying 45 minutes late just to help me pick out the right tie!!  If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is.  I can't thank her enough!  Both occasions when I came in, I felt as if I was dealing with my own girlfriend or mother, because they cared so much that I looked good.   I could truly see the passion in both Christine and Jill.  Five stars all the way around,  if you ever need a suit, or fashion advice, I highly recommend Christine & Jill!
