Outstanding service! Stopped in last night was in a hurry so I was unable to try on the shirts I bought. ( Great deal also three quality shirts for $109), Tried them on at home, they fit perfectly, stop back in and asked them to press them for me. With a smile they said absolutely no problem. And promptly started pressing my garments. Outstanding service outstanding attitude. Megan who help me the evening before was a true professional, and Morgan and Emma today were professional and had a fun attitude! Sometimes hard to find in today’s retail market place.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I have purchased two suits, two suit coats, five shirts and several ties in this store over the last two years and have always had the best customer service, but not so this evening. I was in this store around 5:30 and had to ask FOUR times for someone to help me find things. One person was helping other customers, but two others were just watching the football game on TV. They never helped me find anything I was looking for. I was told to "dig it out myself over in that area". While I was there, a man in his 40's came in and instantly they helped him, but maybe it's because I'm in my 60's that they couldn't be bothered. The worst was a heavy woman with short red hair. I finally just left after 20 minutes and drove away in my Mercedes. You would have thought I was a homeless person they were ignoring. I'll never go back!

Megan there is amazing. She gives the best advices and has a great taste. She know exactly what color and pattern of matches together. She helped my husband and I picked out a suit and shirt and tie. And she's really nice trying her best to give the best service we can have. I highly recommend go straight to Megan or called ahead to find out when she works and work with her. The male manager with name start with E or A is a person with horrible attitude and is very impatient. He doesn't want to talk to us at all when we stepped into door. I wasn't even sure whether he works there. After I confirmed with him that he DOES work there. He ask us very impatiently and said "no can do." When Megan help with everything the next day and make it works perfect.

Terrible customer service they only care about getting people to buy they seem uninterested and it's understaffed. Wanted to look for a tux but gave me the wrong sizes. Spent 235 for something that looked bad on me. The 2 ladies seem like they are always judging you. Only one girl was able to help and make things smooth but the rest of the employees and managers where very rude and talk about other customers in a negative way when I was there.

My job requires me to dress up, and before I moved to Indianapolis, my first experience buying nice clothes as an adult was at this Lafayette Men's Warehouse. It has been a few years, and I now have several hundred dollars worth of clothes that are baggy (and I have even gained some weight). At the time, I specifically asked about getting measurements taken - a couple times - and the old charlatan helping me just kept assuring me that the clothes off the rack were a perfect match and that I'd be crazy to get anything else. How does that tagline go again? "You're going to like the way you look - I guarantee it." How much do you guarantee it? Because I'll take my money back, please.
