I ordered a jacket online through men's Warehouse and have since been there five times trying to get my jacket perfect.  I got it in the mail and it was extremely big on me.  When I took it in they said that it's designed to go over a suit and so it will be larger.  So they helped me with the exchange without issue.  When I got in the size down it was better fitting but still big in the middle section.  I asked about tailoring, and they said they can do it but that the tailor wasn't there so they didn't have any prices or details.  They did not tell us that the tailor had specific hours.  So we come in again and low and behold he's not there.  We finally receive the hours/days scheduled and the associate went further to give us a price quote.  

I went in on Tuesday, got my measurements done and was told the jacket would be ready on Saturday way before closing.  My wife went in on Saturday and they told her it wasn't ready yet and wouldn't be ready for hours.  When she stated she was frustrated having to drive across town for this, he had no apologies and acted like it shouldn't be a big deal to make another trip in.  She was very upset when she left.  

I went in later to pick up my jacket and saw that there was lint and white marks all over it.  I had enough at this point and was starting to get angry.  I spoke with the manager who apologized for the worker being rude to my wife and made it right with my jacket.  

Although I'm thankful that the manager made it right, I will not be returning to men's Warehouse.  I have interacted with rude people and less than acceptable handling of my coat.  I also experienced a elitist type of attitude from employees that I feel is unnecessary.

I have visited this location multiple times and have always been treated as a valued customer. Brooke and her associates assisted me in exchanging a suit that was purchased online during my last visit and made the process quick and painless. Will recommend to anyone.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The parricular person who helped me accurately picked out my exact sizes without ever having to ask.

My salesman did a great job in helping my son get his first real suite.  I know that he was good, because i went in there wanting to spend  $250 an it was $460.  But i felt like i a got a great deal and my son wiil look awsome in his suite.
