Absolutely the worst service ever Was in store for 30 minutes and no one helped me. 3 people working 2 people in store. The one clerk couldn't stop talking about his career with other customer even after he checked out, and I was standing at counter the clerk ignored me for 10 minutes while he talked to customer who was finished checking out. I was there to update my wardrobe and they have now lost me as customer. Seems like new staff not properly trained. Selection was at a minimum also. I was there also to return a pair of shoes I brought online and I even asked for them back from behind counter and he handed them to me and kept talking. Customer Service is what you need if you want to survive in the retail world. I give this men's wearhouse a 1 star for being open but I can honestly say they will not survive when someone who was ready to drop $500 or more walks out because of customer service.

Ashley and the tailoring staff saved me with an emergency suit and alterations. Same day turnaround with no notice. Professional, fast,  and on budget. I could not be more satisfied.

Recently I worked very closely with Ashley the Formalwear Manager as well as Ryan the Store Manger. Both provided me exceptional service and skill in building my business casual and formalwear wardrobe. I’m a repeat customer for that reason.

Rented a tux for my sons prom.  Their customer service was horrible on both of our visits.  I was notified that the tux was ready to be picked up so I went to the store.  They had 4 employees on and yes, they were busy.  However, no one greeted me or any of the other customers who walked into the store after me. Since no one was greeted, we were not notified that there was a sign in sheet.  I waited 20 minutes before I approached a worker and mentioned I was there to pick up.....she said did you sign in.  
I did sign in yet no one was checking the sign in sheets to see who was next or what they were there for.  I do not recommend this store to anyone who is expecting any type of semi decent customer service.  They do not have any!

This place is very helpful, the suit I got was definitely worth it. Other store said Men's Wearhouse was full of rude people and overpriced, I didn't see that at all, I would definitely go back.
