Not a fan. Older sakeswoman was pushy, measured my boyfriend for shirts for a wedding, got home and neck was too tight. They were $100 each. She insisted on weird colors, got mad n walked away when I didn't agree with her choices! Gentleman Joe came n helped, was nice. What happened to custoner service. Guess she was having bad day or she should get different job!

I am not a fan of this Men's Warehouse. I went in with my husband to be to pick out his suit and a suit for his groomsmen to wear. I was there through the entire process. We even put together shirts with the suit jackets and ties and even pocket squares. I took pictures of our choices. The saleslady seemed a little "kooky" but was very nice. We left feeling everything was settled and our groomsmen could then go to their respective Men's Warehouses and pick up their wares. Well, this saleswoman decided that all the groomsmen were going to wear the Groom's suit and then ordered all the groomsmen ties to the Toms River location. Not all our guys live in TR so that was frustrating. I found out about 1 month before my wedding that my guys weren't going to be wearing what I had settled months before. No one at the store would take any blame for the mixup. My husband went in to complain and no one helped him. All I wanted was an apology. In the grand scheme of things, it wasn't a big deal and it didn't ruin the wedding or anything because I'm also not going to go insane over clothing. I'm upset at this Men's Warehouse inability to perform simple and courteous customer service. They messed up and weren't willing to do anything about it.

Great service. Needed my jacket sleeve lengthened and in the mean time was offered coffee and told I could stay in the store as long as I wanted because of the weather conditions out. Everyone was friendly and having a Hospitality background, I am very much aware of customer service. Thanks for a great experience.

This store is beyond Awesome !!! They have great stylist that pick clothes out for you. When you go in Ask for Nina Lauria she is The Best There Is. I am over six feet tall and I have an athletic build so it's hard to find the right cut. But Nina knows exactly what will fit so it's also a Great experience. Also, the tailors are excellent and the store Manager Joe makes you feel like your part of their family.
