$254.00 for one day's rent on a tuxedo is a bit much. At this price I would expect the suit to be in pristine condition. Some of the buttons on the vest were tight and others were loose to the point that they were dangling. I had to tighten it up so tight to make it look right that it was uncomfortable to wear. The pants would not stay tight either, they kept falling off may waist and I was constantly tucking my shirt back in. I know how to use the adjusters in the waist too, they were just worn out. At $254.00 this suit would have paid for itself in 7-8 rentals, it has definitely seen way more than that.

Great service. Went in there last night, and the guy with the beard (think he's the manager) was very helpful and friendly. Great pricing and awesome service.

Great men's clothing store with a great variety of quality clothing. However, don't order your wedding gear from there unless you want to walk down the aisle without your pants. They forgot to include the grooms pants in the garment bag after alterations were needed on the coat. The manger did do the right thing by driving the pants 1.5 hours away to ensure the groom made it down the aisle just in time in pants. No compensation to the poor groom for this unnecessary and sloppy mishap; not even a phone call to apologize was made by the manager even after promising to call him after his honeymoon. Go elsewhere please.

Great selection... however the customer service wasn't good at all. Serval hours of waiting and the employees that helped us out were very rude both times we went into the store. I'm normally not one to complain but it was probably one of my worst in store experiences. We felt like any question we had or comment about alterations, was made out to be a burden on them and they reacted in a way that wasn't professional.

Very expensive; I placed my order about a month before my event, and went in to try on the sizes with just over a week to go before the event. Pants were a few sizes too large and the shirt had what seemed to be a burn hole in it. So of course they re order those two things, they then come in a day before my event, and though the shirt was okay, the pants were now so small that I could not even button them. Yet another re order, and now I am forced to go in on the day of my event to give them another shot at getting their end of the deal done; and as you'd know it, they did not deliver. The pants they said they had ordered the day prior simply had not come in and now they had to scramble and find the closest fit. I do not recommend and will advise anyone to steer away from here.
