I would totally recommend anyone who is looking to sign up for Sprint to come to this store. They get things done! They were very helpful and super sweet! Especially Guillermo, he totally helped us out. 10 out of 10!

Did not get to solve my issue but the manager told me information I was not given before to resolve my issue. Very helpful manager.

Rude, rude, rude people. Will NEVER go to this store again. Some young kids just don't know how to deal with real people. They spend all their time texting they don't learn people skills. Some young kid asked if I trusted him, I said "no, I don't even know you!" then he hung up on me. Would not answer any simple questions, like why price changed within the 15 minutes of talking to him. STAY AWAY, unless you like being talked down to. Wouldn't give me his name, either. Even when I called back and talked to the person who answered the phone, she wouldn't give me his name, either. Wow. Response to owners fantasy story. Oh, my gosh. What a fantastic story you have weaved here. Not once was I rude to your kid that tried to scam my son. My son went in for a price, that kept changing. I do have the quote that you gave him showing different prices. They never once asked for my account number. They only asked for my password. I asked him why he needed MY PASSWORD and his response was "that's how they've been doing this since 1997". Oh, really? When I asked the kid why the price change, he got rude and sarcastic with me then hung up. I called the store ONCE to ask what the rude, obnoxious kids name was that hung up on me. A girl answered and would not give me his name-very unprofessional. After he hung up on me, he told my son that he didn't have to put up with me because I wasn't even a Sprint customer. Then he tried to sell him a different plan that wasn't AT & T related so he wouldn't have to go through me. He also, told my son that he was an adult now and could make his own decisions without my help. When my son brought the "quote" home, it was much higher than the kid told him it would be. SO AGAIN-stay away from Sprint Store in Fashion Square Mall.

My phone broke an they told me I could order the new iPhone 7 but never told me how long it would take.so a week later no phone so I asked for a different one. An to cancel the last one. I wasn't going to keep paying my bill with no phone! I had to pay full price for a different one an because I didn't have a phone for a week not knowing they gave me the wrong phone I asked for a 6 pulse they gave me a 6s still no iPhone 7 an it's been 3 weeks.
