I went in on a Tuesday to ask for my pants to be tailored and to be completed in 3 days. Already they are busy with others and too complete my pants was a bit difficult in the short amount of time. The store manager told me it usually takes 2 weeks to get done. But my guy Marc Zajac hooked me up. Got the pants done in two days. Everything was perfect and steamed and pressed my pants and jacket for no charge. What an awesome gentleman. Everyone I dealt with was completely nice and polite. Definitely 10/10 would recommend!

Alicia took very good care of me, picking two suites, the cut and any extras.  I’m 6’-8” tall and she seemed to know just what to do.  Suites will be ready in about 6 weeks and I’m very excited!

I called to inquire about boys suits and holiday hours. The man on the phone seemed inconvenienced and rude then hung up. Against my better judgement I went into the store. We walked up to an associate and simply said "quick question" he didn't even look at us, put his finger up and continued doing whatever he was doing. We waited a good 5-10 minutes before leaving.. all the while he didnt say a single word or look at us just an "I dont have time for you" finger in our face. Also there were only 2 other customers in the store and they were being helped in the back. I'll never return to a store with such arrogant employees.

I've purchased several suits from this store as well as other products and I couldn't be happier with the service i received. From being welcomed at the door to checking out is nothing short of 5 star quality service. They also have an amazing in-house tailor which makes purchasing garments much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking to spice up their wardrobe. Also, be sure to ask about the Custom suit program. Well worth the investment!

I recently set up a tuxedo rental for my upcoming wedding. We were assisted by an associate who I believe is named Mark. Since my fiancée and I were unsure of the entire process, he did a fantastic job explaining every decision we'd have to make. He walked us through both good and bad options, explaining how things are traditionally done. Overall, we had a great experience with them and we highly recommend them.
