Me and my husband been calling for a week to track the groomsmen who have been fitted and every time we call we are put on hold and no one never return to the phone or told we will receive a call back and no one has re turned our call. The system to check online has been done for some time now, either fix the website or give us a call back thank you!

Don't go here! This place was the absolute worse! When we went in to pick up my husband's suit for our wedding they had ordered a size too big for the jacket, the wrong size shoes, my brother in laws pants were cut incorrectly and to top it off my father in law's suit was ordered in the wrong color. The girl who placed the ordered responded with "that is what you selected in the system". Are you kidding me? So apparently they don't double check the orders before placing them. They did reorder my father in law's in the right color and PROMISED it would be in the next day, which it was not. When we went back in to pick up my husband's suit and I was giving my opinion on how it looked, the gentlemen working there were treating me as if my opinion, THE BRIDE, didn't matter. They upset me so much to the point I walked out in tears. The situation was eventually resolved but they caused a lot of unneeded stress and anxiety the week of my wedding. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I came with the intention of spending my money on a suit. The moment I came in a representative glared at me as if I’m an inconvenience to him. When you work for a company, image brand should be big priority. First impression is everything. I will not be purchasing anything at this location. Thanks.

I had the worst experience when going in to shop for my wedding. Asked about rentals and purchase options and no one cared to get off their phone or stop watching the TV to assist me. They would point me over to where everything was but that was about it. Horrible service!
