Ross has a lot of clothes and other assorted goods packed into this no frills store. Coming here looking for a deal is often hit or miss. Sometimes you will find so many deals you will have to cut yourself off. Other times you may walk out empty handed. Nearly all of the merchandise here is due to tiny flaws that didn't make the cut for full priced outlets. The reason for the three stars is actually for a problem that most Ross outlets have. That is a major clutter issue. Often items are all over the floor posing tripping hazards. The safety policies of these stores must be a little relaxed based on what I have experienced.

I stopped in looking for something specific and walked out with something entirely different and I loved it. Normally Ross is a big mess but I noticed the employees of this particular store were walking the isles and picking up rogue items and returning them to their shelves. The checkout team were expedient and nice. Overall the store was clean and the experience was great.

Mean staff. They won't allow customers to use the restrooms. It was awkward to see how employees make fun of customers, all loud. They seem to be having a party. Very unprofessional. It looked like the store didn't have a manager controlling their staff.

I'm am so disappointed with the level of Customer Service that I received from a manager by the name of Jermaine at the Millennia location. He was very rude, argumentative, shows no willingness to help and no compassion whatsoever. After spending my hard earned money in the store and it starts raining; I asked him for a Ross plastic bag because I just left the hairdresser and didn't want my hair getting wet, he said no we paid for these bags. I said excuse you; I just spent $70 & I cannot get a plastic bags are you serious? I then asked for a refund because obviously my business wasn't warranted. They proceed to asked me for an ID when I just made a purchase with mlo 9y Debit card and haven't left the store, I decided not to give my ID because I just made a purchase and you didn't check my ID or card to see if it belongs to me or not, but now that I don't want these items because of the lack of service you need my ID; and he states that I need to come back within 24hrs to get my money back. I asked for the Corporate number he refused to provide that information and remind you he wasn't even my cashier for him to invade in a conservation that my cashier and I had or me asking for an extra bag. With the level of Customer Service that I was given and treated like a dog; I would never step a foot in another Ross store. Besides, the horrible customer service the store is disorganized and you have to search at least 45mins to find something, then stands in a long lines to be disrespected👎👎
