My review is not necessarily due to the stylist but more so the process. I arrived at the salon at 5:10 am. After the stylist washed my hair four other customers came in. One wanting a full head highlight  and the remaining two for a wash, blow dry and style. I sat there with a wet head as the one stylist attempted to highlight a head and wash/deep condition two others. The fourth person walked out. I was extremely upset because I advised the stylist when I first arrived that I was in a rush. Mena has to prepare better by ensuring there's
Another stylist or maybe someone to wash and highlight so that the stylist can be more efficient during the early morning hours.

BEEN PERM FREE FOR 4YEARS NOW&MY HAIR WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED SO THEY CUT IT SHORT(MY SHOULDERS) NOW ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BACK&SO HEALTHY NO SPLITS ENDS! MY FAV THAT DOES MY HAIR(&ONLY2)IS MY STYLIST SAM &THE OWNER MENA DOES IT IF SAM IS NOT THERE.PRICES&DEALS ARE AFFORDABLE! ILL NEVER LEAVE!
