While getting my eyebrows done I had to ask Lisa to please get off the phone or I'll wait.   She argued stating her hands were free, (since she was holding phone between cheek and shoulder.)  I gently explained she was being unprofessional, which was a big mistake on my part.  She got off the phone then she intentionally took a chunk out of my eyebrow. That will be my last visit.  Sorry Nancy.  Despite your excellent manicure/pedicure, I won't be returning.  What's sad is my girlfriend referred me and she stopped going after Lisa wax burned her after she asked her to wash or sanitize her hands.  Should have stoped going then.  10/28/2017

First off, they act like they do not see you coming in & they won't greet you. I received a pedicure & was going out of the country the next day. When I arrived , I got in the pool and 8 out of 10 of my toe nail polish came off completely. Now how am I going to wear sandals on a trip where 8 toes are my regular nail color. On the flip side, Lisa does a phenomenal job on eyebrows. Hope this review help those who value a dollar.

Me and my sister haven been coming here for a year. Lisa does a great job with our lashes (excellent). Ive never seen rudeness thus far, and the shop is very clean.

If you're going to have your nails done here your best bet is seeking services from the owner, Lisa. Star nails is a horrible nail salon.
