Menards has the lowest quality products around. Sometimes I just have to go there for whatever reason. They are what they are, the Walmart of lumber yards.

TERRIBLE service and experience. Ordered some stuff from the store and when we came to pick to pick it up not one person could help us or answer any of our questions. Every time we asked a question all we got was “ I don’t know”. Some of our order was wrong and they couldn’t help us replace it. Employees were VERY rude. Will never do service with them again.

I picked up my purchase outside and observed the young man at security remove a couple bags of concrete out of a customers pickup at the security stop point. It's really great to see a young person do such a great job for his company. Not all young people would care enough!
