I own a cleaning business and we sometimes do large pressure washing projects that require stronger equipment so we attempted to rent a 4000 psi gas powered washer. We picked it up  the shape it was in was old, rusty and looked like it’s seen it’s day. Regardless, we loaded up and headed to our job site. It was a nightmare. There were missing parts, the O ring was gone so the water leaked horribly and the gun connector popped off every single time we turned it on. It took so many tries to get the unit to start it was embarrassing! We ended up not being able to use it and taking it back for a refund  thankfully because either way I wasn’t paying for this loss of time and piece of junk. If this was a neighbor lending me his 1982 washer I would accept my losses/ this however is business to business. Unacceptable! We lost hours of time on the job, looked like we were unprofessional on the job site and all because obviously this place isn’t investing in what they are renting. We drove over to another rental place and they had brand new equipment and the day was saved. My experience here needs to be a wake up call to the owner/ manager. Invest in your business and you will thrive. Also, the rental fee for the brand new one at another place was actually less expensive! Unbelievable!

This is not a Hardware store only a rental store.
