The staff is the highlight here as they are always helpful and get you to where you need to be.

There is a lot of selection, the wood selection is good but the tool options aren't that good and most are just cheap price point tools.

My biggest gripe is the stupid rebate game, lose your receipt or wait to long and no rebate, also you have to use it there...just let me leave that 11% in my wallet to begin with.

I have to say this was one of the nicest experiences. I had returns with no hassle. Employees friendly and helpful. I'd give it 5 stars but they were out of butter. Seems like every other visit they are out of it.
