The staff members that work during the weekdays are very polite and helpful! I went in to this store on an early Monday morning and each employee I encountered offered their assistance, what a pleasant surprise!  Usually, I make weekend trips and am lucky to even make eye contact with an employee...let alone find someone to help me.  Going forward, I will be sure to only visit during weekdays. The service is much better!

Menards has the best service, prices and very knowledgeable salespeople!!!  Josh was very helpful and did an excellent job with helping us get the best washers and dryers as well as prices for us!  Nick was also very helpful in the contractor's dept. Thanks for being so convenient to us and  excellent at your jobs!!!

I love this store. We always shop around for the best variety and prices and we end up coming here for nearly everything. They could really use a remodeling of their restrooms though.

This location is not always the organized or well stocked, but if you want lumber, pavers, basically anything construction, they DO have the most stocked store. Aside from the general merchandise stocking issues, i still love menards in general. And I do like the cherry Valley store!

I like Menards 'cause when you need help the people that works there help you with whatever you need help with. 
They're not bothering you like those car sales men that you encounter when you walk into a car dealer. 
Also the products that they sale are very affordable.
