I love this place, it has so many things. They always have something that I need or just want. Great prices to.

Went there on Black Friday, had a Christmas pillow that was part of their 6 hour sale from 6am-12 in cart, was in line for approximately 10 minutes and when we got rung out, the pillow rang up at normal price of $9.99 instead of sale price $6.88, when supervisor came over she pulled sales ad out and says, "oh, that was part of 6 hr sale and it is 12:04, so it is full price now" and walked away.  Point being 4 minutes? I think it would be good customer service to discount the $3 to save a customer, but guess not.... Will not shop at this Menards again

Can never find help when you need it.  Opening day, you couldn't walk 12 feet without being asked to help by staff.  Much different now.  Good luck.  They also change prices every few fays.  The 11% sales are nice, but bewatre.  "Regular" prices go up higher, so you're actually paying higher than the regular price the week before.

Matt at service desk and the people at customer service desk that help with my phone in orders are all great workers compared to home depot or lowes workers. They dont mind people like me with phone orders. This by far is the best Menards. Defiance store is much more complicated when it comes to phone orders.
