Incredible! Terrence, the sales lead while I was there, was amazing. He did such a great job addressing my needs. I was so impressed by him going the extra mile to provide a 5 star guest experience. What was really great about my experience was how he was able to make all the guests at the store feel acknowledged. He was truly great!

NEVER EVER USE THEIR "LEASE OPTION!" I "purchased" a washer in June of 2016 with the "lease purchase option" under the assumption that when the time period was up the washer would be mine. I even asked if that was the case, and was assured that yes, that was the case. Time went on and I kept expecting the payments to stop coming out of my bank account until finally I got ahold of them and found out that on top of the $1800 I had already paid them due to down payment and the "lease" payments, they wanted me to either give back my washer or pay another $450 on top of it to then "buy the washer!" If I had known that was the case, I never would have gone with that option! And once I figured out what was going on, I went into the store, was told that it was "between the company and you because they technically own the washer once you signed the lease agreement." *update, sears contacted me within 24 hours of finding out I was upset and in the end they helped make things right even though the leasing company was unhelpful. I do appreciate them going out of the way to make things right.
