Great frozen yogurt and toppings! Son and I loved it! And the lady working was so friendly wish I got her name. Place was clean and good seating inside and out. Rewards points saved us 5$

Five Fruits? If you count maraschino cherries and canned mandarin oranges as fruit, then maybe! Don’t forget the canned pineapple for about Zero nutrition! The “Tart Yogurt” is the only one I’ll eat, unless they get the Dole Pineapple Sorbet back. They’ve had several fruit sorbets and none of them tasted anything like fruit, except the Dole pineapple. I don’t think many of these yogurts have natural fruit. The strawberry yogurt says it has real fruit in it, but it also says it has no sugar. Without stating what it is they’re sweetening with, I wouldn’t trust it. Today they had watermelon sorbet that tasted nothing like watermelon, and was so sticky sweet that I couldn’t eat more than a tiny taste of it. Menchies is a big chain now, and my guess is that they are using mixes. In a pinch I will go there for the tart yogurt.  I’ll bet much of the country thinks their over-sweetened product is just great.  I don’t think they will do as well in Boulder County.

Walked in at 8:20 and staff was already cleaning the machines. The frozen yogurt came out like water. It wasn't even frozen and all the flavors weren't available. I got charged for liquid yogurt basically. You guys need to fix this this issue .

Walked in at 8:16pm to get frozen yogurt for my daughter who waited all day to get cake batter, and they were already cleaning the machines, I asked why? And they said “because it takes an hour to clean and we close at 9” I work in the restaurant business and it takes us an hour, sometimes more to clean after closing, we don’t close the restaurant earlier because it take us an hour to clean! All flavors should be available until closing time!

This place always has the best froyo flavors and an amazing variety of toppings! I love everything from the enthusiastic staff, to the engaging environment, and the cleanliness of the store : I’m a regular customer and have never been disappointed once. Their high standards and priorities are very much appreciated. Always just fun and smiles whenever I visit!!!

Me and my family drive good 20 minutes to this location for fro yo because longmont does not have one : . But i guess im driving 30 minutes to the location in Loveland now , last 3 times we been there they are out of original tart ,and are always out of popping boba and fresh fruit.

Staff is always friendly with a greeting and they tidy during every lull in business. Counter tops are clean, toppings refilled and the bathrooms are even in good shape :

This is a fantastic, easy place to bring your kids for a quick treat. We like the lower calorie frozen yogurt. However, I must admit it doesn't have my favorite flavors. Therefore I gave the food 'very good' status. The decor is overall welcoming. They have lots of games, toys and even a GIANT chalk board for the kids. However, the employees can sometimes be slack or maybe they are just busy when it comes to cleaning the place. The service has always been welcoming. We like that you can sample all the flavors before choosing what you want. It is also fun that they give the kids a little toy whenever they come. We have signed up for their rewards card. If you do, be sure to register the card online as you get 25 points automatically... and its 50 points till a free ice cream!

We frequent this location, in Lafayette. It's so disappointing when half of their machines are turned off for cleaning. I get it, the machines need to be cleaned. But to clean 6  or more different flavors at once? I wanted to leave immediately. I spent 20 years in restaurant Management. It's tough to get cleaning done during business hours. But, the goal was to make it so Evey customer could have the same experience no matter what time of day it was. Whether it was opening time or closing time, the store should be as clean and as ready as it can be. So, cleaning half the machines right after dinner time makes no sense. Very frustrating. I am happy to know you clean your machines, but think about your customers too.

Great friendly owners! Always so sweet and nice! Daily changing flavors are tasty and fresh. Recently put under new management and that did it well... they were out of my grandmas favorite flavor in the machine and they gave her a free pint! Nothing bad to say!
