Rasberry pomegranate, pineapple & berry a are very good flavour which are sour n sweet. I have reduced the stars from 5 to 2 due to restroom pass gas stinky smell that is persistent form months if not years that is left without handle! If they will keep it without fixing will ask others to go, check themselves and leave their reviews as will ; P. S. Customer service is good
Always great frozen treats. Very clean and the staff are efficient. One of our favorite stops when we have a sweet tooth attack.Food: 5/5
Good yogurt but bad customer service! The cashier with the lip ring is so unfriendly…no hi,thank you or nothing not even a smile. We all have bad days but why ruin someone else’s.
Menchies is the best! It is one of the best spots in San Diego for fro-yo. The flavors are delicious and they have great toppings. The staff is very helpful and sweet and makes things easy. I also love how they are very involved in the community. At my local middle school, they served menchies there. I also think they did it at the high school. I’ve never had a bad experience here and love coming!
Really disappointed in customer service here. Card machine is not working and they only take small bills for cash. I had a $50 in my wallet and they refused service. Good luck with that business model.
The flavors, toppings and service was good but $27 for 3 small-ish froyos?!
Pretty good flavors and lots of toppings to pick. My only negative thing was the girl working there. Right after we would use a machine, she was right there to make sure the handle was all the way up and clean it. She seemed irritated and I would've appreciated if she waited until we were all done to wipe them down. I was at one machine and she was pretty much standing within a few feet waiting for me to finish as I went on to the next one. Just made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was bothering her.
Yummy flavors . I just don’t like that they don’t have coconut flakes.
Worst food poisoning of my life here I came here with my boyfriend and after eating had some stomach pains but pushed them off. I ended up vomiting a dozen times that day, the most in my life, until it was just dry heaving. I ate almost nothing the next day except a few bites of applesauce because I didn’t want to get sick again. I don’t have a lactose intolerance so it must have been something in the ice cream. I wish Yo-yo’s was still open here for some actual good frozen yogurt.
This was my first time coming here, I seen the special for kid's happy hour on the window and door when I was driving in the morning in the area. I was excited to pick my daughter from school and bring her here by 2pm after our library trip. I walked in, Katie politely welcomed my 2 kids and I and also informed us of the promotion. Explained the the 8oz was for the kids and they can fill it up and be a flat $3 each. I filled up our 8oz bowls and as I went to pay, Sam, then asked to weigh the cups and said there would be a charge of $13.03, I was surprised because I was under the impression it would be $3 each flat and of course perhaps tax. I told her that the other girl, Katie, told me they would be only $3 and I thought these were kid sizes they were; Sam then said no all of the cups are the same size and so therefore will be charged accordingly. I said ok I'll pay the price but I won't be coming back here again. I sat my kids down to eat their treats. They're still eating as I type this review and since I sat down other customers came in and only paid $3 and not have to weigh the cups. Not one employee,Katie or Sam, has came up or acknowledge their error and offered a refund. So therefore I am extremely dissatisfied in their customer service and Menchie's can have the over charge as my donation in hopes they would offer customer service training. I was in this establishment for 40mins, not once was apologized to for their error as they charged all kid's bowls only $3 flat after my transaction and Sam said absolutely nothing to me. I drove almost 6 miles to just come here to have a nice treat with my kids and instead I spent my time to enjoy with kids posting this review. Next time I'll be supporting a family owned local business closer to home back 6 miles away from Menchie's.
