My boyfriend and I have been calling almost every day for over a week. We had 10k in hand ready to buy a 2008 Jeep Commander. We are out-of-state buyers and wanted to have a FaceTime call to see some extra things that weren't pictured online to ensure the car was working right. Every time we called, we were blown off and not taken seriously. We were hung up on each time and sometimes told to either call back later (which we did to no avail) or that they would call us (and never did). Finally, we called and they said the car was sold. Never have experienced such horrible customer service as this. You'd think that a dealership would want to help out people and have them purchase a car from them when we had the 10,000 in hand. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Bought a explorer from them May last year and the transmission went bad, it would cost me the same price i bought it for from them to be repaired. Didnt even have it a year. Been buying cars from him over 10 years and he sells me a truck with multiple problems???? Buy you a car from someone else.

They allow you to finance with there bank but there bank is also a fraud to lock you in a dangerous contract with a faulty car
