The Mertailor is absolutely, without a doubt the best place to get mermaid tails and stylish aquatic apparel!  
As an online client ordering a silicone product, the communication is clear, concise and open through the entire tail designing process. 
Walking into the store Front, you see a beautiful display of swimwear and silicone Tails hanging for you to touch, feel and explore.
The office is beautiful and decorative with amazing nautical scenery scattered about and beautiful photos of clients and Tails made in the past. You're greeted with a smile and given the freedom to ask any question about any product with knowledgeable staff who has every answer at the tip of their tongue for you. 
As a client I can say that I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I receive and am always pleasantly surprised with the constant innovation provided by this company!

Very disappointing product. I'm surprised that there are 4 stars at all. The tail I got was the Aquarius mono fin with the Orca tail skin. The skin is fading after only 10 uses and the mono fin actually cut into my feet and made them bleed. I was give a very rude one line answer when I told them that there fin had hurt me. I'm 35 years old and I know that if I'm having issues a little kid would be very upset by this and that there are probably others out there having the same thing. I'm never going to get anything from them again. If I were you I'd try some other place. Maybe Etsy. Very disappointing and sad that they are not willing to work with you at all if you have a problem after 30 days. A month is not very long. So disappointing....

Product was exactly as described and wonderful quality. They're on it with shipping too. Mine said 3 day via USPS; placed the order on a Sunday and had it Thursday afternoon. Amazing experience!!!

I got the basic tail right before he stopped making them. It was much too small. It looked nice enough though, but had to resell it since it didn't fit. I also bought a couple pair of the leggings. Really nice pattern but they have a strange fit. Really baggy at the knees, crotch and ankles and super tight around the calf and mid thigh, like they were patterned on a tube with no muscles/shape. I got a small in two different colors but one seems a size bigger then the other (pictured).
