They misspelled my last name on two embroidery patches, and they blame it on me EVEN THOUGH I gave them the correct spelling before I left. They won't refund my money. They keep giving me the excuse they have to call the owner in order to give me a refund EVEN AFTER I'VE BEEN THERE NUMEROUS TIMES. I'll never use them again. I went to Bluejays in Dunnellon, and they did a much better job of what I needed.
