Sterne is incredibly loud for a library. Also, the staff are ridiculously rude. I asked the resource desk for assistance (their job) and the older woman posing as help, laughed at my question! As if to say I should just know that. I'm not on scholarship here, I pay money (good money) to attend this university and this is the assistance I get when I ask a question I don't know the answer to? Security gets extremely pushy late at night as well. So, overall I have no real quality experiences at Sterne. C+ at best

I love everything about Sterne except for their weird cataloging system. Librarians are friendly. You can bring food and drink in. Open to the public but only until certain hours. The best part about sterne library is the writing center in the back on the first floor.

Very quiet, on Monday thru Thursday it's open 24 hrs. Great studying environment and have options for study rooms. Great security at night.

Not that quite at all, not to mention some racist staff ( it happened to me while I was calling my family next to the restroom, he left all the people talking and came to stop me during the call 😳😔 ) the ugly face of racism
