This was a neat museum, but almost every "fossil" inside of it was a replica, or bronze casting of a fossil. It looked locally operated, with friendly staff and a neat little gift shop. It had a lot of neat information, but it was just very, very small, and contained little to no actual fossils. It's also in a very shady-looking neighborhood and small town (Tucumcari, NM), so it was a little scary parking there, even during the middle of the day.

Great museum for little kids. The gift shop is nice and Dino-themed. They have fossils you can touch and a place you can dig up bones where they replaced the sand with walnut shells. This made dinosaurs more real to me sure to their intuitive displays and timelines.

We needed a place to give our two-year-old son a break on our road trip. We happened upon this really cool little dino museum and were pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had. They have a great collection and several really fun activities that allow kids to get their hands dirty. Definitely check it out if you have little ones.

I bring my daughter once a month, she loves the interactive displays and all the different sections, including the part where you can watch the scientists! Great prices at the door and a good time.

Stopped here while traveling with family. The three children we had loved it. Was nicer than I thought it would be. Actually had palentologist working while we were there.
