I can't say enough about Tony Poulin and the Meservier team.  We had been looking for a house in Maine for a while and were so happy when we found Tony.  He was so patient and knowledgeable both about the region where we were searching and also about the quality of the construction of the homes we were looking at.  He went out of his way to help us find the perfect home.  His understanding of what we were looking for and his ability to help us carefully look at each house was amazing.  Our search from start to finish was great.  Not to mention a year after our purchase, when we had a frozen pipe cause damage to our house, Tony immediately offered assistance.  We highly recommend Tony for his knowledge and the care he puts in to his work.

Sarah Foster (and everyone on her team too) IS AMAZING! We started working with Sarah in the beginning of April and finally closed on our house at the end of September. From beginning to end, Sarah was supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, fun, understanding, attentive, responsive, and positive. The process of buying a house was a roller coaster for us but Sarah was there for us, every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, how things worked, what to expect, and how to handle bumps in the road but Sarah was a true partner with us and was able to bring clarity, knowledge, support, and options to our experience. Sarah was SO patient and spent SO MUCH TIME with us and working for us! We cannot thank her enough for being the best realtor and helping us find our house...so we could make it a home!!! She understood the importance of this purchase and took it very seriously, while still providing friendship along the way!

Sarah Foster helped me find the perfect house for my lifestyle. She was able to get me moved in within two months of starting my search. She is very patient and answers all questions to the best of her ability. If she doesn't have the answer right then she will research and get back to you. If I need to relocate again I will definitely use Sarah and Meservier & Associates!

I used Meservier & Associates to sell my home and help me purchase my next home. Sue Meservier and Nicole Ellie were amazing. My home was under contract within a month of listing and actually had 2 offers come in the same day so I received more than asking price on the house. Anthony Poulin and Camille Dionne showed me 30-40 homes until I found my dream home on a lake. They were always accessible and willing to show me whatever I wanted to see. I was only able to get my home because of their ability to get me into the house the day it was listed. We didn’t waste any time, I put in a strong offer and it was accepted and the rest is history! I’m so thankful for Sue, Nicole, Tony, and Camille, they are the best, you won’t be disappointed!

As a past client and team member, I can honestly say that Meservier & Associates goes above and beyond.  Our relationship with Sue started as seller clients, and quickly grew into trust and friendship. Sue is objective and honest in her dealings; truthful and professional when sharing insight and information--even tough information that you might not want to hear as a client, but vital to helping you make the best decisions. She's a tough negotiator, and truly represents her clients' best interests, and she has an amazing command and knowledge of her industry.  I was so impressed with her integrity and knowledge, that when an opportunity came up to work for her, I took it.  I was a team member with Meservier & Associates for over 12 years, and  there is no doubt in my mind that Sue and her team are dedicated to helping people reach their real estate goals and dreams with honesty, compassion and integrity.
