1) Bring your own coffee, only place in KC that I've ever heard of not offering even one free refill when you eat in. 2) Have loads of time, don't be in any kind of rush. Service is proudly slow, even when only taking a few plain to go. 3) They will not toast a bagel for you, and the toaster they direct you to (only one is available for customer use) barely works and takes a VERY long time to toast.

Salty lox just like home (New York)  with a generous schmear of cream cheese on a classic bagel. What more to make it perfect? Maybe a little quicker service. Will definitely go again.

Never knew this place existed until my friend took me here. The bagels are delicious. We got a salted bagel, plain, and garlic. I had the garlic and found it very enjoyable. Inside is very nice, clean and staff was eager to help.

A good bagel. Way over priced for the Nova lox plater for 1.5 slices  Toasting my own bagel with one toaster was a bit for the prices. Also some of counter staff needs customer service training. Will give it another shot as. The Caraway seed bagel was good.
