If you are wanting to grab a quick bite before work, go elsewhere. On average, it takes 20+ minutes just to get something as simple as a bagel with cream cheese. Even on days they don't seem to be too busy, it takes an abnormally long amount of time to grab something to eat. I've seen plenty of people leave before receiving their food because they can no longer wait.

Came in this morning for a single bagel with shmear before work. That alone should take 30 seconds to make. The workers were all so focused on catering orders that there were probably around 25 people waiting for their food orders. Many of them had to cancel their orders and ask for refunds after waiting for so long. I was about to cancel mine as well, but finally received my single bagel after 25 minutes of waiting. I will likely find a new place to stop for breakfast on Friday morning before work because the service here is bad and this is not the first time I have had a ridiculously long wait here. Would definitely recommend you take your business elsewhere in the morning unless you have a lot of time to kill.

It's name tells you about its uniqueness. I like this place because of their awesomeness. Very tasty food. I love it. Thanks to Einstein bros.

Was charged for a bagel that was never given to me I called they said they would give it to me if I went back that week.When I went back I waiting more that 20 minutes in the drive thru with people behind me honking and never got service.  Food is great but I don"t think the customer service is up to par.

In almost 16 years of frequenting this place, even before it was Einstein, I've only gotten sick eating here once. Not bad.. 
There is no way I can ever give it over 3 stars though because of how slow they are. It's been this way for ages. Don't ever come here in a hurry. I can't tell you how many drive offs I've seen from the drive thru. I myself have sometimes walked out even after having paid for part of my order that is taking eternity or was maybe forgotten. If The Pitch gave out a most disorganized restaurant award they'd win it every year.

The bagels and smear are great. But not a fan of the bagel sandwiches. (It's just a too chewy thing for me) Also highly recommend the Walnut Strudel. Heat it up just a little before you eat it for maximum joy.
The fresh Orange juice and lemonade are delicious!! Straight ol coffee is very good. Their fancier beverages like cappuccino are pretty blah compared to coffee shops like Revo Cup or even Starbucks. But in the end you can't go wrong with this place if you are just feeling the need for a bagel. I hope one day they bring back the Pb&J bagel.
