I am impressed with Metro Carpet! From speaking with Ester who was courteous and personable, who went up and beyond her way to make sure I was scheduled promptly. Thank You. The main event was Scott versus my carpet. He was such a delight! Very professional, prompt, efficient, and outstanding! He did so well on my carpet and attended to all the stubborn spots. I have to say, I am very amazed at what he has done. I will highly recommend his services to all my friends and family. Also, I am now a loyal customer to Metro Carpet. Wonderful work and wonderful company!

Scott just pressure-washed my house for the second time and did a FANTASTIC job just like the first time. We had decided back in Oct or Nov to get it done, but I couldn't find Scott's contact info. I had another quote back then, but wasn't satisfied with it and REALLY wanted to wait until I could figure out a way to find the guy that had done the job before back in 2011. Finally found his card a couple of weeks ago and called him, and was SO happy with the job he did and the price. He did a great job on the house (3-story wood frame), the driveway, the deck and patio and even did the basketball court in the back yard. I'm planning to contact him again very soon for some other projects.

I was totally pleased with Metro Carpet from start to finish. The lady in the office was outstanding with scheduling my appointment and my technician, Chris, was phenomenal. He was on time, professional and very thorough. Chris walked through to address any problem areas and took his time with the cleaning. He made sure I was satisfied and was very courteous. I would  highly recommend Metro Carpet for anyone needing their services. Chris shared many other services they offer and I will  definitely call  them in the future,  if the need arises. Very Pleased.

Metro Carpet and More has been wonderful.  I'm currently in China with a renter in my home in Stockbridge. They were patient and constantly emailed me to let me know estimates and what needed to be done. I was ready to buy new carpet,  but Scott helped save me a lot of money by telling me my carpet only needed a good cleaning.  I'm very impressed. Thank you!

It was nice to have someone that did a wonderful job and actually could
  clean up after themselves.  My LVP is beautiful and my carpet is just the color I wanted. I am very glad I chose them.
