Was there on Sunday morning and seated outside. We were ignored and although we were the 1st people seated outside every one else was served before us - despite attempts to wave someone down. We were about to walk out. Finally caught the attention of Reuben who turned everything around. He explained that he was not our server but would be happy to help. Not only was he attentive but we received our breakfasts super fast and, as always, delicious. Reuben was awesome and he checked back on us frequently throughout our meal. As we were winding up, Kelly, who I believe was a manger, came to our table to chat and be sure that everything was ok - she was great, too and she apologized for the mix-up - which by then we were over. Will definitely go back as everything was very well prepared, looked wonderful and the service was excellent and the food delicious and at very reasonable prices. We never did find out who our server was supposed to be but we had Reuben so no one else mattered.

I took my granddaughter to Metro for lunch and had a great meal! The server was friendly and attentive; the food was excellent and plentiful; and the prices fair. We met district manager, Scot Chausse, , and he was so pleasant and welcoming that we felt quite at home Hopefully they will keep up this level of service and quality as Naples is in sore need of a decent and fairly priced comfortable restaurant like this one.

Haven't had a bad meal here yet. Excellent Diner menu with cooks that are on their "A" game. Happy that we finally have a great Diner here in Naples. Staff are very welcoming too. Keep up the good work!

The service was not great. . Much better in Bonita Springs out server was very cold. Should learn how to be more lively and friendly. .. too much hanging by the hostess stand Gave us our bill after 2,3 bites of food had to ask for more water. ..etc .will go to bonita from now on

We just finished eating here and I thought at first walking in the door as a young couple with a child this is a cute little place. Most places we eat at we get bad service and ignored most of the time or even dirty looks from the older crowd but not today. Our waitress was quick to be polite, nice, and even relate to us. She had suggestions off the menu and almost knew what I wanted. The food was good prepared the way I like it, and quick to the table. I appreciate being treated like I belong there. It almost makes me feel like someone walking into cheers, just by the friendly demeanor of everyone. My suggestion is try it for yourself and remember you're going to want to tip well!
