Clerk had zero sense of service. I was buying a bottle water on sale, but the scanner apparently was not updated with the sale price. After telling her the sticker price, she gave me that 'are u telling me how to do my job' look and waited for me to pay. Then I went to take the picture and came back, there is already a line-up and she asked me to wait at the end. Super disappointed.

Many poor experiences. Terrible customer service from management down to the clerk.

They seldom restock items that are advertised on sale.

When I asked the clerk about the availability of a sale item (advertised in the flyer) he did not tell me that there wasn't anymore, he told me it was not on sale.

On another occassion I have been followed throughout the aisles by a manager at this store as if I was about to steal something.

I also bought chicken here once and 4 days before its best before date it was already bad.

Over the years I have given this location many chances, and everytime I step in here I walk out disappointed or upset. This is the closest location to my home and work, but I will go out of my way to go to the Metro in Little Italy. I will never return to the College and Yonge location again.

Good size grocery store, clean, well organized store. Decent selection of organic fruits and veggies. I always check their weekly flyer to see what's on sale and find good deals. Review by RodenReviews

Reasonably fine store in a busy location. Fresh produce section can be improved.

Nice that it's 24 hours, although attached washrooms aren't.  Besides the elevator it's a decent set of stairs to climb if you have anything heavy   Reasonable prices for a 24 hour store.
