I want to pay my compliment to an excellent staff member Crystal a the Yonge and Eglington Metro Store. The  lady deserves a raise.  She is kind and patient after another colleague of her rudely dismissed me because she started charging me for groceries that were already paid for!!! This rude person had a temper tantrum and left me and other customers in the customer service line.  Crystal did not complain and had a smile on her face . She looked after all the customers with kindness and patience...SHE DESERVES A PAYRAISE!!! The other colleague who I mentioned about to the manager today deserves a serious lecture on manners!!!

I recently had a negative customer service experience at my local Metro store.
I posted a review with a description of the situation, as well as calling Metro head office to make them aware. The next day I received a call from Cassandra from the Customer Care Dept. who apologize as well the manager of the store.
Because of the  prompt response to my complaint, I will now continue to be a loyal shopper ! Thank you Metro

the customer service at the metro store is very excellent and the stuff are very helpful at the store and if you can't find something in the store , the stuff will going to find it for you and there produce always fresh and plus like the seafood department and the bakery / deli department / meat department too and the stuff are very nice and friendly. I have good excellent inside the metro store at  425 Bloor street  west , and the department manager are very good with the customers and store manager / Assistance manager too. I always shop at this location at metro store and have good price and student discount its 10%   discount for the student who shop on Tuesday and Wednesday its best time to shop at metro because its student discount 10% and you saved money on Tuesday and Wednesday !!!! but I like smoked salmon in the seafood department and the fish always fresh. thank you the stuff for metro grocery store.
