We had a great experience. The prices were reasonable and the manager we had was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased an adjustable base and he even recommended sheets with elastic strips on the corners so help the sheet stay on. We went back and purchased the sheet and will probably purchase another set this summer. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or pushed like some businesses do.

Our salesman, Kyle, was both friendly and knowledgeable. He took us through trying out several mattresses , explaining the differences and what to look for, until we found the one that suited us. We also bought several bed accessories. We love their sheets! They have elastic bands across the corners that keep them from slipping off. They had the type of mattress cover that envelopes the mattress like a pillowcase and then zippers closed. I had been looking for that for years. Absolutely recommend Metro Mattress.

Great service. Maybe not the best price but at least these guys are honest, accommodating and affordable

Kyle was a big help, new the products, pricing. Delivery was as scheduled, very happy with new mattress and adjustable frame.
