The main drawing point for me is that HD is the only retailer that sells Ryobi 18v tools. The store doesn't stand out from other large box home centers, but also is no worse than any other. I typically check pricing against the "Blue" store, and my local lumber yard. None of them are always better. It may even depend on which one has the inventory to fill my order. The Rigid tool line is egual to other quality lines. The life time warranty is something that I insist on when buying hand tools. Home Depot is worth stopping in. If not your exclusive hardware store, it should at least be one that you consider.

Okay Selection, But...... I have become a pseudo plumber since the Moen faucet failed without a warranty. Cool, this was a chance to get a new one. I got the new one, but I needed the finishing touches to add like more plumber's putty, and tape. I also wanted spray-on liquid to assist me with the old bolts. When I asked where I can find the rusted bolt spray, I was given exact directions, and found it. I picked up the putty, and tape as well. I then proceed to pay for these items in the self-check line. The was a gentleman in front of me, but he was not finished yet; then an overweight woman tries to force me to pay for my items before the gentleman leaves. "I see him lady, you're not looking!" I have noticed that many overweight women try to be overbearing in order to feel better. You'll catch more flies with honey, over vinegar sweetie.

I just moved to the area and so far I'm happy with my experience here. Every employee I've encountered has been friendly and helpful.

Good store, convenient location. Did not find what we wanted so we went to another store. This was not a problem for us.
