Had a appointment on Monday, was late picking me up. The driver picked up 2 other people. I told the driver I was already late. She said the time was not noted.
Had a appointment on Tuesday for a 9:00am pick up. They never showed up. After waiting 45 minutes,  I called at 9:30 to cancel. I called to cancel my returning ride. The Dispatcher said to me that I had cancelled my first ride. Excuse me, after waiting 45 minutes. Their has to be better services, than this HELP 911!!!!!!!!
Been working with Dee, she has been doing a great job making sure I get to my appointments on time.

Terrible customer service rude drivers ruder people on the phones. For people that work with disabled people they sure aren't very friendly or courteous. I work with a girl with special needs who uses this "service" and they just up and leave without even letting us know they're here to pick her up, 10 minutes before she is even done working

I have used the Paratransit service many times and find it to be very helpful in getting to my medical appointments as well as other community locations.  The drivers are usually very nice, helpful and patient, as are the phone staff.

People ansering phones don't care and are rude.  If it wasn't for eldery and disabled Dee that answers the wouldn't have job
