Story

Yellow Cab has been heavy involved in the Colorado Springs’ community since our start in 1922 and we are happy to continue serving the community as zTrip! A fresh take on your trusted ride service with a new look and new ways to book your trip with the zTrip mobile app and online. Don’t have a smartphone? No problem, you can still dial the 7s or hail us on the street!

Why zTrip? Our mission is to serve the community by providing a safe and memorable ride experience. We pride ourselves on providing service to every member of the community regardless of your technological ability or mobility. Our drivers are fully insured and completely vetted with fingerprint and FBI background checks along with regular physicals to ensure the safest ride possible. There is NO SURGE PRICING so you pay the same fare at 2pm and 2am because we don’t think you should have to pay more during peak hours. We also have wheelchair accessible vehicles available because we think it’s important that everyone should have the freedom to get where they need to go.

zTrip is more than a taxi company! We have donated trips to the Red Cross for survivors of house fires and work with organizations like TESSA as well as hospitals and various other local businesses to provide the utmost service to our community. In addition to our black and silver vehicles you will see two pink zTrips driving around town to show year round support in the fight against Breast Cancer!
