Metro Renovator is the best company for all the renovations that you need for your home. They don’t have new employees but they have long time employees. Alex, Chris and Raymond give great customer service. I had a gutter problem after they installed a new gutter. It turned out it was my responsibility because leaves were stuck in the downspout. Chris could have left after checking but spent thirty minutes cleaning the gutter for free. That is outstanding customer service. I recommend Metro Renovator to everyone.

Metro Renovators did an excellent job replacing my roof at a very reasonable price and I would not hesitate to hire them again!  From the estimating process through construction, they were professional and responsive.  They anticipated my questions and concerns in advance and were well prepared and knowledgeable.  Metro was scheduled to replace my roof to include replacing some existing rafters and sheathing over a breezeway on a day with a forecast for thunderstorms for early afternoon.  Because of the additional rafter work, I was concerned they would leave my house exposed to a potential deluge and expressed that in an email the night before.  They arrived at 6:30 the next morning with a large crew to ensure they would complete the work before the storms arrived.  During the rafter replacement, I noticed the new configuration would create an issue with the soffit below I was going to reinstall.  When I stepped outside to discuss the concern, Raymond had noticed it as well and was already consulting with Joe, his lead, to address it.  Raymond came up with a viable solution.  The crew returned a few days later and took care of the issue at no additional cost.  After each day of work, the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris before they left.  As for my concerns about the storms during installation, they never materialized, but the crew had the roof covered before the storms were scheduled to start at 1PM.  Through all aspects of the process, Metro was professional, responsive, and focused on providing an excellent product.  Their customer service is excellent, particularly when it comes to anticipating and resolving problems.  They provided an excellent product with a warranty they will stand behind.  I highly recommend Metro Renovator Group for roofing work.

The roof job was completed on August 2017 which they did  a fantastic job. 2 weeks ago I noticed birds peeping out of metal flashing. I called Metro Renovators; explained the bird situation,made an appointment and they came to house Saturday March 24,2018 and corrected the issue. They are a responsible and excellent company and would recommend this roofing company to any one!   Thanks, Richard Stallings

This company is awesome! Their pricing was more than competitive, the crew was very professional and courteous, the project supervisor managed the roof and gutter installation and was frequently on-site reviewing the progress and work, the project was completed on time, and the crew appropriately cleaned up the property.
