I made the right choice when I had the experienced crew of Roofing and More replace my old asphalt shingles--2 layers--with a metal roof.  They were competent, friendly and really worked together as a team.  They were very conscientious about clean up too; after each day's work and at the end of the project.  They did a fabulous job and the roof, which, by the way, just passed the test of 70 mile-an-hour wind gusts, yesterday.  Besides all that, it's beautiful!!!  So pleased I found them.

I have had very positive experiences with the professionals at Roofing & More.   

We replaced our original roof about 14 years ago.  Based on a strong recommendation from another respected contractor, we chose Roofing & More for our replacement roof.  We were very pleased by the quality of the workmanship and the appearance of our new roof.

After 14 years, the roof still looks great.   Since the installation, we asked the company to check for potential damage to our roof, which we thought may have occurred -- once because of an ice dam after a significant snow storm and the other for potential damage caused by severe winds along with tree branches hitting the roof.  In each case, representatives from the company promptly responded to our request.  After thorough inspections, no damage was found.

For example, during the recent (March 2018) wind storm,  Jennifer offered friendly and helpful advice from the company's office when I expressed my concerns about possible roof damage.  On site, Armando thoroughly inspected my roof, checking for potential problems, while collecting any tree branches that had fallen on it.  My experiences with both Jennifer and Armando, along with others in the past, helped to reinforce my original decision to select Roofing and More, not only for quality workmanship but also for ongoing customer support.

I deal with service companies often in my professional life, so it takes a lot to impress me, as my expectations are high. But, I have to say, the crew that came by home early in the morning to do a quick temporary repair before a full inspection and repair can be scheduled, were absolutely outstanding. Two gentleman (lead guy was Hugo) were incredibly courteous and professional, and went the extra mile to clean up the shingles scattered around my yard from the recent storm. Great to experience such excellent service from these two individuals and the company.

I had a new cedar shake roof installed and I particularly appreciated the choice of qualities to choose from and the fact that attention to detail clearly matter for this company.  They weren't the most expensive of my estimates, nor were they the cheapest, but the quality of their workmanship and the professionalism which they displayed were outstanding.  In a rather tiny townhouse space, they respected my neighbors space and were very neat and tidy during the job.  I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism.

If you are looking for a roofing company, you need to look no further than Roofing & More, Inc.  The company came to us highly recommended and they did not disappoint.  The whole operation was as smooth and professional as could possibly be.  Sean, the salesman, was our initial contact.  Sean took his time and explained everything in detail with samples, photos and videos of the material that we could choose from: good, better or best.  He did not try to pressure us into buying one or the other, but simply provided us the information we needed to make an informed decision.  Once we had made our decision, Sean reviewed the process with us so we would know what to expect and when.  

Armando was our next contact from Roofing & More, Inc.  Armando’s job was to go through a checklist to make sure that we were satisfied with the company and knew what to expect up to this point.  He took his time and fielded any and every question we had.  Patient is the best word I can think of to describe Armando.  In fact, through each step of the process, the most important thing was our total satisfaction.  They repeated over and over that if we couldn’t give them a 5-star review, they wanted to know why and what they could do to make it right.  Armando gave us the date that the roof would be installed as well as a back-up date in case it was needed due to weather conditions, etc.  

The day before our roof was to be installed, they arrived with a truckload of the materials they would need.  Before unloading the materials, they made sure that where they were placing them was okay.  Total satisfaction.

The day our roof was to be installed, the crew arrived just after 7 a.m. and immediately got to work covering all of our plants and moving anything they felt could be damaged.  They worked hard all day; we were sure they would need more than one day, but they finished the job in one day.  They cleaned up and made sure there were no nails or debris left behind.  About an hour before they were going to finish, we got a call from Angie from the Roofing & More, Inc, main office.  She was calling to tell us that Rob would be coming out to inspect the job and make sure that we were totally satisfied.  As promised, Rob arrived and told us that he would be going up on the roof to inspect the job that the crew had finished.  Rob was very personable and mirrored the company image of patience and making sure that we were totally satisfied.  When Rob came back into the house after his inspection, he sat down with us and showed us video that he had just taken of our new roof.  He answered all of our questions and took his time to make sure that we were completely satisfied.  After one year, they will inspect the roof and make any repairs if needed as part of their guarantee.  

I highly recommend Roofing & More, Inc.  They deserve the 5-star rating that we gave them for the whole process of buying a new roof.  In fact, we asked them what the “& More” stood for and they said that they do other home repairs.  We have had home repairs done in the past by “handymen” and have not been very happy.  You can be sure that next time we need anything done, we will call Roofing & More!!!
