Today I called about a storage unit that I needed for the following weekend. So they told me what they had available in two locations. I needed a 10 by 25 unit which they had. So I said fantastic would you please reserve one for me. The answer I receive will astound you. They said and I quote That I could not reserve one unless I was there in person. Little difficult when I live on the East Coast of Florida and they are in the Tampa Area. Also they tried to charge me the full rate when there web site said they had different price packages. I have a couple of comments that I would like to express. First, know your job and all your price listings on ALL units especially when it said differently on your web site. Second, it's BAD business when you tell someone you have a service that you can provide but you need to be there in person. I have one question? How can a person be at TWO PLACES At ONCE? I will happily give this business TWO THUMBS DOWN. Thankfully I found a GREAT storage facility with excellent customer service who honors their rates and you don't have to be there in person to make a reservation. Thank You Simply Self Storage for your professionalism.

This place is GREAT! We are lucky that it is close to our residence. I have used this place on several occasions and have been extremely satisfied. Ron and Deb are very helpful and friendly. The property is SUPER clean and very organized. Chuck S.

Didn't end up renting here but the staff was friendly when I went in.

Contacted Ron on a Sunday afternoon about renting a 5' x 10' foot unit. He told me that he currently did not have any but might have on that Monday. He took down my number and called me the next day. He told me that he did have one available. I told him that I would not be able to get there until almost closing. He said that he would hold it for me. When I finally arrived, it was 15 minutes before closing. Ron took the time to complete all the paperwork and show me the unit. The process went past the closing time. Ron was professional and very friendly throughout.

I rented an outside unit (no AC), three years back and a lady, told me that I wasn't to have any problem because even though the unit didn't have AC, the building had AC, and my leather furniture should be ok. I just had to rent another smaller unit two weeks ago, for my boxes and get my leather furniture out because it was all white (with mildew), I was so upset because I had to go through so much, but Ron one of the manager work it out for me and help me a lot, I guess that they have some people there not too much friendly and willing to help, but others like Ron go out of their way to help and that was worth it. Thanks Ron for your profesionalism and understanding.
