^^^ Russ spoken like a true, Owner's son! In my Opinion, Metro West in the past has carried a great name for years and to have it all go to hell with the help of his son! Currently in a situation of rights and morals neither of which they care about. Russ's ability to look All American with what seems to be a great personality at first leaves you in the dark end ultimately. After being pushed in the back corner for months (around 5months to be exact) because my rental did not have significant enough problems for his time, apparently.Im being thrown late fee's as well as being told I was a bother for him. Customer Service comes last and a caring tenant is not of their concern. If you are looking for a place that just wants your monthly check without caring for your comments and concerns youve picked it well.
