They let people in my home with out my permission. They touched and moved my things around.  Their contractors took some of my expensive items. Joe kadaf did nothing about it. Stay away from these people. They lie and steal.

If there is a less than one star i would give them.One of the agents was dishounest with my deal buying a house. He was not supporting at all and he was supporting the seller over me in any way. I'm going to do my best to have my right back by doing an Ethics Complaint and tell about every thing he had done. I will post the whole situation. I will do my best to tell every body about what he did

Jim Wallen is an awesome agent. He cares for his clients needs and works hard for you. He truly spent weeks ensuring that we found the perfect house that suits our family's needs. We came to him preapproved for a mortgage and he helped us switch banks to find one that better suited our needs. He is honest and direct. He many contacts for things like inspections but never made us feel like we had to choose his contacts. He truly made this stressful time as smooth as it could be. Thank you!

When I tell people of my experience with Joe Kadaf, they are in utter disbelief about our experience. He was dishonest through the entirety of the home buying process. He urged us not to get a inspection on the home we were about to purchase from him stating that the home had already got an inspection and is "completely updated and you have nothing to worry about".  I hired an inspector and they found several issues wrong with the home. Joe addressed maybe 3 of the 12 things we had listed for him and we still moved forward with the process since it took us almost 2 years to find a home to our liking. The day before closing, we did a final walk through and noticed there was no drain in the basement. Not sure how this wasn't found by inspector but we called joe and he said that it's somewhere beneath the tiles. we asked for a postponing of the closing, he said you either close tomorrow or it goes on market. Up until today 4 buyers have backed from this home, one of them, a friend who sent me pictures of mold all over the siding, concrete and bags of trash in the ventilation, and ant infestation all throughout the vents. 
Awful experience, not sure how this home passed city code either.

If you're an attorney reading this and would like to take this case on, I still have pictures and false statements from him. I'd love nothing more to expose this scam artist. I plan on taking him to court regardless
