This station beats going to Newark, but has many problems of its own. Employees are the usual rude, unfriendly, entitled bunch, especially if you are having a problem and need help. The walkways/stairs/elevators to the platforms smell very strongly of urine. I reviewed the parking in a separate review for that facility, it's a nightmare during the week unless you get there very early. The station itself is positioned incorrectly on many GPS and mapping apps so they will take you to the road behind it, you need to go under the bridge to get there. There are two small concessions/coffee/newstand places inside that are overpriced but have some pretty good coffee and small stuff to eat. Bathrooms are beat up and filthy though, and sometimes out of order. Seating area is often pretty full and very uncomfortable hard chairs. The one thing that's good is the pickup/dropoff area.

Horrible, demeaning! People are rude, parking is herrendous! They should tear it down and start fresh!
