Let me just tell you Metro PCS service is unreliable and spotty at best and for this reason my new LG stylo was defective so I came in for a replacement phone I'd ordered. I was told that my contacts could be transferred in 10 mins however the incompetent, brain-dead teen behind the counter lied!! I wasted one whole hour of my life! Yes I waited a whole hour for this girl to transfer my contacts only to find that she deleted majority of my contacts, when I called her out on her mistake she did not offer a apology. I told her I can transfer the contacts myself, then she insinuated that I was going to steal my own phone.  Luckily, another staff member was smart enough to do his job and transferred my contacts successfully.  Overall, I was reluctant to do business with this place and never again will I step a foot into this classless, dirty, run down phone store. This place has poor customer service and careless staff members working here!
