I would never recommend this place to anyone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Andres, the store manager is so disgustingly rude. My aunt was sold a charger that wasn't for her phone and she drove all the way from Kendall to Florida City to simply exchange the charger. He stated that there was nothing he could do for her and that she should have saved her gas instead of driving down to waste her time! Ridiculous. Beware of the other locations owned by this authorized dealer, you're better off going to a corporate location.

I came in in a bad mood, but the lady Maria was very competent and calm, sold me the phone, and she just made my day. It's not about the phone, but the service. Thank you!!!
