When I decided to change my phone they suggested me ZTE. They replaced me this phone the first time because I couldn't make any calls, back in December. The replacement always gave me problems with the internet, but now is ridiculously slow! I went to this corporate store and a guy tried to sell me a memory card, like if a memory card had anything to do with the connection to the internet! Haha! Now I am trying to find another corporate store where they can help me.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Arrived around 6 to replace my LG Stylo 3. The screen stopped working, so I was unable to back up all my content. Luckily, Chris was able to give me a replacement phone, but all my content was not transferred over. I asked several different ways how to transfer at the very least, all my contacts. Chris repeatedly just stared at me and did not answer my question. I asked to manually transfer all my missing contacts to my new phone and he tells me that he only has one battery-ok, is there an extra I can borrow for the next few minutes. His response was to stare at me some more and not give me any type of solution. After 15 more minutes of this-I finally ask if we could transfer everything onto an SD card. Yes, he tells me. It'll be an extra $20. At this point, I didn't care anymore and just wanted to have all my content. BUT WHY COULDN'T HE HAVE TOLD ME THAT 20 MINUTES AGO?! So he starts transferring all my content onto the sd card and I try to see what the process was and he just starts playing on his personal cell phone under the desk. It's another 15-20 minutes before everything is finally transferred over, and then he just hands me my new phone, but says nothing. So everything's on it? Everything is there? Yep. It was around 6:52 when I left the store, I say this because I believe he was getting off work at 7. There was no reason to treat me this way. I work in customer service and have for years...this is not how you keep customers coming back. I could have been finished and out the door within 20 minutes. Horrible experience to what was already a very frustrating issue.

Came to ask a question and pay my bill, the 24 hour pay machine was broken and the employees rudely refused to answer my question and then left the store in masse

The customer service was terrible. It was clear that the employees did not want to be bothered. We dealt with someone named Ian, but he was like his peers. He looked all around, talked fast and was quite curt. He even started trying to talk to another customer while dealing with me and then said, "oh, I'm still listening to you" . What?! It was a rude experience. while we were there, as a lady was walking in, one of the employees made a comment that even though it wasn't closing time, they didn't care who it was, they were saying "bye". Really? To talk like that in front of customers. It's frustrating because another non-caring Metro store sent us to this one and they were completely unconcerned with our issue
