I had something major done to my hair for the first time ever. The hair dresser listened carefully to me and offered good suggestions. She completely respected what I wanted done, and I am thrilled with the result! All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice and accommodating. They seem to have a good thing going; the place works like a well oiled machine.

Michele,Park has been cutting my hair for almost 8 yrs now - I highly recommend her!In addition to always leaving the salon feeling like I've had the best haircut of my life, she is very good at understanding what I want. Michele is precise every step of the way: from the clean cut to the voluminous blowouts. She is truly great at what she does! In addition, the salon itself is very modern, clean and inviting. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I love this salon.

I had my hair washed and blow-dried by Tory. She was amazing and so fun to talk to! She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She even massaged my head while she washed my hair (I love when stylists do that!). All of the Metropolis staff were very friendly and I would definitely recommend this salon!

Metropolis has been my go to spa for over 11 years. Maria and Peggy are wonderful. Stephanie does make an effort to check in with clients as they are receiving services; in addition she does offer a cheerful greeting when clients enter.

One suggestion is that desk employees do a better job of notifying clients about specials and discounts so that it doesn’t appear that they are being selective in sharing information.

Everyone at Metropolis is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! In my experience the quality of service is only matched by the warmth of the atmosphere. I look forward to going every time I scheduled something!!!
