In an age of average quality and declining customer service, it's great to know that some people still get it. And Nicole and her team get it. I've been a customer for 9 years and have found the staff pleasant, accommodating, and professional.  There's no place better!

I would have been nervous about going here after the previous review, but I knew two amazing hairstyles (I mean "women") who highly recommended the place to me. I found the workers here to be really sweet and accomplished.  They offer complimentary snacks and coffee or tea; and there wasn't the $50.00 price tag I was anticipating. Now I know I sound like the older woman who was made a joke of for mentioning "crayons" for children in her Olive Garden review; but she's laughing her way to the bank, so I'm ok with it.  They have several salon services available here. They don't offer massages or artificial nails,  though they have a complete natural nail salon service. They do facials, hair coloring and guess what else? They even have a stylist who does perms! Haven't seen one of them in ages and I personally love the perm thing. (I'm from the 80's) Anyway, I got a great haircut for $37 I think?  and I was quick to make an appointment for my next one! Thank you Dena for making my hair look lovely again!

This is the worst experience I ever had. The hairdresser spent 5 mins on me (no kidding) then they had the gut to charge $40 for it. Nobody (including myself) can even tell that I had a haircut, that was how much minimal work I received. This place basically is a place the same as a barber' shop but doubled the price with a little fancier interior decor.  If you want a decent haircut, don't go to this place. I learned the lesson with a $50 tuition.
