We started our daughter with braces under the care of Dr Angelique Rogers. We were advised that she would wear them for a period of 18 months, putting the top braces on first followed by the bottom braces after a couple months. 1YEAR LATER, frustrated, I basicly demanded that she begin work on the bottom set. She did put them on my daughter only to have 6 brackets fall off by the evening. Brackets could literally be popped off with her finger nail! Appointments were only scheduled every 6 weeks, and if we had to reschedule, due to ONLY being open 1 day a week, she would have to wait 3-4 weeks to be seen. After 2 years of literally no progress and no reasonable explanation for such a failure, we left. We were never treated as though our business was valuable, blamed by Angelique herself for having only showing up for 7 appointments in 1 year (again, they will not see patients closer than every 6 weeks) and I was actually banned from the office after expressing my concerns about already over shooting her time frame!! True story! There are no other options for needing to get in ASAP for help with a wire sticking out and shredding the mouth... no one available until the following week when they get into the office...REDICULOUS!!! Run to anyone else!!! Cheap service to be certain.

I can't say enough good things about this practice.we had an A+ experience with dr. Rogers and all the staff.They are very professional and knowledgeable .My older dasughter just finished her treatment and got a wonderful result and we are going to start my younger one next week. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic care!

Due to the unprofessionalism, lack of progress after a year, lack of concern, and quality of service we received from Metropolitan Dental Associates and Dr. Angelique Rodgers, I would definitely not recommend that anyone go to this office for treatment. If you are a current patient, I would strongly suggest that you consider your decision to continue treatment and beware of the quality of service you are receiving. Dr. Angelique Rodgers projected that my child would wear braces and headgear for 3 years. His top braces were put on but after a year, he still never received headgear or bottom braces. When I stated that I wished to terminate treatment and have my child's braces removed at our next appointment the office manager became very irritated and rude. When we arrived, I was surprised at the manner in which she behaved in front of my child and other clients. At no point did anyone from their office, including the doctor, ask why I was terminating treatment or if there was anything they could do to better serve our needs. They do not value their clients and unprofessional way they handle the situation was disturbing.
