Good theater. Great recliner seats. Hate that they serve beer. I hate the smell of beer and if someone sitting next to you has one, you can't just up and move. There are already plenty of places that serve beer in the area. Go have one before the movie or after. No need to be drinking beer at a kids movie. Beer plays too big of a part in sports events, concert s and now have to put up with it at the movies. How about a family friendly seating area, with no booze?

Online Ticket Sales, Buyer Beware! One of the great benefits of reserved seating is being able to arrive at the theater on time for the movie to start and get your seats. Knowing that this would be a busy day after Christmas my family (7 people) purchased tickets online and the printable ticket stated "This ticket allows you to skip the box office." Unfortunately, that is a lie. Metrolux staff turned us away at the Usher forcing me to get back in the ticket line. The problem is this made all of us late and MISSED THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE! It is bogus that Metrolux sells a service like this online that people rely on and pulls the bait and switch when you arrive at the theater. I asked a supervisor about this and she just told me they were, "trying to remove that language from the online ticket." Well, remove the language and THEN change your policy.

Deluxe reserved seating. No crowds or groups of rowdy kids tearing the place up. Clean and well maintained with good parking. Located near food and shopping.

Theater is a joke!! Incompetent staff and outdated technology make it really inconvenient. Need a rewards program, student discount, refillable popcorn and drink option, as well as an app. Was told a movie as sold out and pulled it up on their website and saw two seats were still open. Was not even offered that at the ticket counter. Super long lines caused by stopping at ticket counter, ticket taker, and concessions. Should be all one stop like other theaters. Worth the trip to Foco even if already at Centerra to not deal with all these issues.

Awful experience; we arrived an hour early for a film and the only seats left were in the front row. This is based on their asinine seating system in which moviegoers have to purchase specific assigned seats. While there were seats left, they were single seats in various rows or several together in the front row—foolish policy. To add insult to injury, on a busy holiday evening, the theater had one person working the concessions stand, with about 12 people in line. Will not return. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
